english speaking helpful staff included breakfast kid friendly varied options transparent glass wall division soft mattress privacy issue
the staff was very nice. they spoke english, which helped a lot. breakfast WAS included, or at least it was then. there WERE different options, even some my kids enjoyed.
the shower and toilet had A transparent glass wall between. it gave little privacy. the mattress FELT too soft. i was like i would sink.

amazing service clean rooms
I enjoyed how close this place was to the subway station. I found lots of restaurants and shops nearby too. The staff offered amazing service and the rooms were very clean each day.
The room had limited natural light because of a translucent film on the window

The location offered convenient access near the station for easy travel around the city. I found the staff cute and helpful, a quality I cherish. The room included a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the cleanliness and equipment provided for my pleasant stay.
The hotel lobby features only a coffee machine. Other hotels offer more refreshments.

Breakfast options were available next door. The menu included french toast and omelets. The meals set me up well for my day. Though the choices are limited, the taste is wonderful.
